The question this year is: “How does the Reserve Force continue to refine programs and systems in order to create an agile and dynamic operational capability in order to maintain relevancy?"
The contest is open to all Marines, active and reserve, as well as Marine Corps veterans and retirees. Send your entry to as an attachment. There will be a on all entries, exclusive of title page and reference page. Multiple entries are allowed, however only one may receive an award.
